CAME PARKARE: San Isidro - Falabella (Peru)

Saga is one of the oldest and most notorious chain stores in Peru. It belongs to Falabella Group and currently has more than 100 stores installed in all over the country. Saga Falabella San Isidro, located in the heart of the business center of Lima, is one of the most crowded.

Last November, its parking was renewed with CAME PARKARE High-End Line PKE that allows Full Time Availability (up-time), Top Performance & Reliability. A License Plate Recognition (LPR) System was installed at all entries and exits.

The customer also wished to improve the final user experience by installing a Vehicle Guidance System at the car park (118 spaces at 1st floor). Following their requirements, a combined indoor solution between sensors and cameras was installed. Cameras work with LPR Guidance System, allowing users to enjoy the new features as Find My Car, among others. Whereby the Automatic Payment Station displays the location where the user parked his car and also, prints it in the receipt.

The car park owner commented “The Guidance System reduces the time for vehicles to park and I find very useful to monitor the space in real time. I´m also pleased with the product image, the performance and reliability”. Also the car park operator stated “The Guidance System allows to improve the final customer satisfaction as well as parking management”
