CAME Parkare - Interview with PUC Administrator Josefina Edwards
The Pontificia Catolica University of Chile (PUC) has recently renewed its parking equipment at the San Joaquin Campus with CAME PARKARE PKE, our Off Street High End Line. San Joaquin Campus joins the Lira and Marcoleta Campus parking lots, which already enjoy our system as well as the benefits of having integrated the College Card (TUC).
Josefina Edwards was kind enough to dedicate her time to tell us about the parking system installation experience at the Pontificia Catolica University of Chile (PUC).
How did you know about CAME PARKARE? Had you any reference?
"We knew them through the Business Manager of Saba Estacionamientos de Chile”.
What was the motivation to choose our solution for the PUC project?
“The decision was made mainly for the compatibility of the equipment with the TUC card, in addition to the commitment and empathy of the human team of CAME PARKARE in Chile”.
Did we design a solution adapted to your requirements?
“In the course of the held meetings and during the White March (system test period) we managed to reach the solutions required by our parking”.
What did you like the most about working with us?
“The willingness and commitment to join our parking project”.
Looking back, do you consider the obtained results as positive? Did we meet your initial expectations?
“We are satisfied with our decision, waiting day by day to get the most out of the system”.
Would recommend our services and solutions?
“We do recommend CAME PARKARE equipment to anyone interested in acquiring their services for the good results, as the ones seen in our project”.
Was something throughout the project that you would have liked us to do differently?
“We were so satisfied with the extensive knowledge of the Spanish technicians who traveled to Santiago de Chile for the start-up of the system, that we would have liked them to stay longer and had more time with them”.
