Agardo Opens New Parking Facility with Help from CAME Parkare
The New Facility Will Welcome Supermarket Shoppers, Residents and Tourists
CAME Parkare has developed a new 200 space parking facility in the center of Agordo, Italy. Currently, the parking facility is for the exclusive use of supermarket customers but the implementation of paid and subscription parking spaces have already been prepared for the eleven businesses, offices, and homes nearby. And, since Agordo is a tourist resort close to ski lifts in the heart of the Dolomites, the parking area can also be used by mountain enthusiasts.
CAME Parkare has installed the innovative PKE system at Agardo, a parking control system based on a network of automatic devices that regulate access, check payments, and record all activities inside the car park. The system simplifies and speeds up the entry and exit of drivers, improving the parking experience for drivers.
At the entrance to the car park, the PKE SLIM terminal guarantees high efficiency and continuity of service, thanks to the presence of two integrated devices for printing entrance tickets: in case of low stock of the first roll, it allows a quick passage to the second roll, optimizing the common maintenance operations and improving the level of service to the consumer.
The outgoing PKE SLIM terminal offers a compact design that concentrates all the functions of QR technology in the minimum possible space without compromising the intuitive user interface, for a smoother exit from the parking area. For payment of the parking fee, there is an automatic pay station, and a manual pay station for the operator, which can also create parking subscriptions.
The parking area is equipped with a device called E-validec, a system that allows the operator to establish promotional discounts offered by different retailers to reward the loyalty of their customers.
