2Ways and BeSite Collaborate to Create TripService

TripService has been established following a joint venture between 2Ways and BeSite. It is the combination of more than 20 years of experience in internet solutions, traffic knowledge and experience with open data and Waze. The companies started their cooperation at the end of 2018 and in July of this year TripService BV was established as a new company in the field of analysis and management with mobility data.

Thanks to our years of experience in data and technology, we are able to merge complex data sources into easy-to-use dashboards in a variety of applications. Insight, analysis and management are key solutions that we provide our clients. We use Waze and Google Maps in many of our services, which means we have a reach of more than 45% of the navigation market in the Netherlands.

An example service is the Event Traffic Dashboard which shows the roads of the Netherlands, with several layers of open data including matrix boards, current traffic, reports from Waze, etc. In addition, routes can be created on the dashboard for automatic tracking of the current speed and traffic intensity. based on floating car data. This way, for example, intake routes around an event can be followed properly.
