Autopay Technologies AS is proud to announce the acquisition of Autopay Deutschland GmbH. This strategic move positions Autopay Deutschland GmbH as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Autopay Technologies AS with a rebranded identity: Autopay Technologies GmbH.

The newly established German branch will be headquartered in Munich.

This significant development marks a milestone for our organisation and acknowledges the valuable contributions of our former co-owners, the early adopters of Freeflow in Germany. Their efforts were instrumental in opening up the market for a Freeflow future.

With this acquisition, our aim is to strengthen our position in the DACH region.
