Associated Time and TIBA Improve Parking for Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum

$160,000 Worth of Equipment and Services Were Donated to Complete the Garage that Will Accommodate Nearly 200,000 Visitors to the Museum Annually

Dallas Holocaust Museum

Opening to the public on September 18 of this year, the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum is the recipient of a corporate gift of $160,000 worth of equipment and installation services toward the completion of a brand new parking facility that will serve visitors year-round.

The two corporate donors, Associated Time Instruments and TIBA Parking Systems, are leaders in the parking equipment services industry. Associated Time Instruments worked closely with its partner TIBA, an equipment manufacturing company based in Tel Aviv, to supply and install the equipment necessary to provide a world-class installation —all at no charge to the Museum.

This incredible gift from TIBA and Associated Time reflects the deep commitment of both of these extraordinary companies to our mission of teaching the history of the Holocaust and advancing human rights to combat prejudice, justice, and indifference,” said Mary Pat Higgins, Museum President and CEO. “With dedicated parking for our visitors and first-rate technology from TIBA and Associated Time, a visit to the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum will be more accessible and user-friendly.”

Associated Time Instruments was thrilled at the opportunity to work with our partner TIBA Parking Systems to be able to provide the parking system to the new Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum,” stated Christopher Archer, President/CEO. “The goal and mission of the Museum is one that is so very important to both of our organizations. Being able to play a small role by making the Museum visitors parking experience a smooth process, was an easy and fulfilling objective with this donation,” stated Archer.

TIBA was honored to be a part of this project and work with our strategic partner, Associated Time Instruments on this corporate gift,” stated Jon Bowsher, President of TIBA North/South America. “Our goal to be a World Class organization, extends to all facets of business and the communities we serve,” added Bowsher.

In planning for the grand opening of our new Museum, we wanted to make sure that technology and proximity in our parking system provided unparalleled ease of access to visitors, and thanks to generous partners like TIBA and Associated Time, visitors will get the complete Museum experience from day one,” said Frank Risch, Museum Board Chair. “This amazing gift to the Museum will ultimately serve for the primary benefit of the community.”

The Museum is located at 211 N. Record Street, Dallas, Texas 75202. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

About the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum

In October 2017, the Museum broke ground on a state-of-the-art, 55,000 square foot permanent home in the historic West End—the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, opening in September 2019. Visitors will experience a deeper immersion into human and civil rights, their centrality to our democracy, and their vital importance in preventing events like those of the Holocaust from happening again.
