Sales Executive Luke Barker continues to bring the Engaged Parking Experience to Austin, adding another installation to Associated Time’s portfolio. Two AMLI properties in downtown Austin received a fast, flexible, and credible install completed over just one weekend so parkers can now enjoy TIBA’s X-60 equipment.

Expansion into New MexicoExpansion into New Mexico

Associated Time, based in Dallas, Texas will be expanding their territory into New Mexico working alongside TIBA Parking Systems. The expansion means that customers in New Mexico will be provided with Associated Time’s award-winning sales, service and support for TIBA’s best-in-class parking solutions.

With another world-class installation completed, Associated Time were at hand with their superior customer service and support during the “Go Live!” for 1717 McKinney in Dallas, Texas. Team Associated Time had installed the new TIBA X-60 line of equipment and were available on launch day to lend support to Platinum Parking and the Gaedeke Group.

Sales Executive Luke Barker secured yet another outstanding PARCs project at the Green Water Block 185 Building in Austin, Texas. This project will include eight lanes of TIBA revenue control equipment and contactless access utilizing Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI).

As the current climate leans towards touchless solutions, TIBA recently brought out their touchless system with a “Wave for Ticket” feature. The proximity infrared button allows parkers to simply wave their hand at the TIBA Parking Entry Terminal. The terminals can be installed in existing systems and as one of TIBA’s Value-Added-Resellers, it is expected that Associated Time will install many of these terminals in future projects across Texas.

Recently, Associated Time joined Parker Technology’s dealer network. This partnership ensures customers can experience the best solution in two-way video communication. The relationship will involve collaborative sales and marketing efforts to incorporate Parker’s customer service offering as a value-added differentiator to Associated Time’s parking installation projects.

North Cyprus Medical Center

North Cyprus Medial CenterMichael Sample, Houston Account Executive for Associated Time, has established himself as an expert in the provision of the Engaged Parking Experience to medical facilities in Houston, Texas. Associated Time was awarded the contract and began installation of the TIBA Parking Systems solution at North Cypress Medical Center in August. The system includes touchless entry for vehicles via AVI and the new TIBA X-60 equipment including a Pay on Foot for customer service within the lobby. Operations will be managed by Platinum Parking.
