APCOA Italia S.p.A Will Manage the New Viale Monza Parking in Milan
Located in Viale Monza 137/139 Within the Modern City Pop Apartment Complex, It Offers 100 Parking Spaces and 17 Rotating Motorcycle Spaces.
Starting today, Wednesday September 4, 2024, the north-east area of Milan, specifically the NoLo district, will be enriched with a new two-story underground parking lot, which will provide workers and citizens with 100 parking spaces and 17 motorcycle spaces: Viale Monza Parking, in Viale Monza 137/139.
The car park, which is part of the intervention of Artisa Developer Italia within the innovative microliving project CityPop, will be managed by APCOA Italia, a company of the APCOA Group, a European leader in parking and mobility services.
Conceived, designed and developed taking into account the needs of a city in constant movement and evolution like Milan, Viale Monza Parking is at the centre of a service area and adjacent to the M1 Turro stop of the Red line of the Milan metro, just 7 stops from the Duomo.
100 parking spaces and 17 spaces for motorcycles on rotation for the service of citizens, workers and tourists and guests of the new CityPop apartments, will be divided into the two underground floors, with different intended uses: 4 spaces for city cars, 2 spaces dedicated to people with reduced mobility and 4 spaces for electric charging with 2 EV Charging stations.
The car park will have normal access from the ground floor, via the Telepedaggio service - Telepass and UnipolMove - or ticket collection. Open 24 hours a day, it is equipped with the most modern management technologies: the entry, exit and payment flows at the automatic cash register are entrusted to latest-generation systems developed by “HUB Parking”. There will be 13 video surveillance cameras positioned throughout the entire structure to guarantee safety for all users.
The parking fee will be 2 euros per hour, up to a maximum of 10 euros per day. Dedicated spaces will be available for those who wish to purchase a season ticket and reserve a place for longer periods: for more information, see the following link: https://www.apcoa.it/parcheggi-in/milano/viale-monza-parking-milano/
