APCOA Appointed as Parking Partner to Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames
On 1st October 2024, APCOA became the new provider of parking management and enforcement services across the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
We are now responsible for issuing permits, checking that vehicles have a valid parking session, permit or exemption and enforcing parking restrictions across the Council’s road network and car parks.
APCOA’s solution includes a combination of technology platforms to assist enforcement, moving traffic and permit management, and civil enforcement teams on the ground. Support for customers is provided via our National Customer Service Centre and CCTV control room.
APCOA is very experienced in providing cost-effective, tailored solutions to local government authorities. We are also rated highly by customers on Trustpilot, where 65% of almost 40,000 reviews are scored as 5*.
