APCOA Acquires NCPS in Ireland
APCOA is pleased to announce that on 8 August 2019 it completed the acquisition of the business of NCPS in Ireland, including subsidiaries PEA and Mobile Research Solutions, t/a parkbytext. This followed approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
Both APCOA and NCPS see this as a real opportunity to broaden the strength of services to clients in Ireland and to improve capabilities by bringing together the best knowledge, systems and operational practice. For the immediate future, whilst integration plans are finalised, day-to-day operations will continue exactly as at present with the focus continuing to be on providing the highest levels of customer service.
