Nassau airport development company partners with industry leader in parking solutions

The airport currently receives over 3 million passengers per year and this number is expected to increase as expansions are completed.

Twenty-four lanes of equipment across multiple lots will now control the parking access and revenue for the Domestic and International Terminals. Parking and cueing services for short term and long term transient parkers, employees, rental cars, taxis, tour buses and shuttles will be controlled by Amano McGann revenue equipment with hands free access readers, automated pay stations, a license plate inventory system, electronic signage and the iParcProfessional management software.

Amano McGann is partnering with the airport to phase in the new equipment in three stages with the initial phase slated for completion in February 2011. The remaining phases will begin shortly thereafter and are scheduled to be completed within 18 months.
