Amano McGann Acquires ASSI Securitys Parking Division in Southern California
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA - Amano McGann, Inc., a subsidiary of Amano USA Holdings, Inc., announced the acquisition of the Parking Access and Revenue Control division of ASSI Security, located in Irvine, California.
ASSI has 25 years in business and has been a valued Amano McGann distribution partner for the past 6 years. ASSI will continue its leadership position in the security and access control business.
Joe Feldman and Michael Harlow will manage the Amano McGann operation in Yorba Linda, CA. Mr. Feldman has been with the Amano McGann organization for over 15 years and has 29 years of experience in the parking industry, including management of the Sacramento, San Francisco and Seattle branch operations. Mr. Harlow has been in the parking industry for over eight years including three years as the general manager of the Yorba Linda branch managing product sales and distributor support.
The expanded Southern California operation retains all of the former ASSI parking employees who will join over 200 US based Amano McGann team members to provide a new level of support to our customers.
