Your tasks
Are you ready to play a key role in the future of access solutions? As a Project Coordinator at SKIDATA, you'll be responsible for overseeing the project engineering and administration from order to handover, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and delivered on time and within budget. This is a great opportunity for someone with preferably already some first project management experience to support the project team and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions for internal and external customers.
What You’ll Do
- Project Handover: Manage the handover of the project from the Account Manager, ensuring that all necessary project details are in place for a smooth start.
- Kick-Off & Coordination: Lead the kick-off meeting with internal and external teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives, timeline, and responsibilities.
- Material & Service Ordering: Work closely with the supply chain to order materials and third-party services, ensuring everything is ready for the project’s execution.
- Project Administration: Create and maintain all project documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Keep the project on track, overseeing time and budget management. Actively manage any additional work or after-sales opportunities.
- Communication & Reporting: Ensure effective communication between the project team, customers, and suppliers, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Project Evaluation: After project completion, lead internal and external evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
- A basic understanding of the solutions being sold and implemented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset and a flexible, results-driven attitude.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
