Export Business Development Representative (Riga, LV)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Export Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, highly motivated, and eager to drive business growth through effective prospecting and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and perseverance.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language that would be useful for communicating with clients in European countries, communicating in the language of the specific client's country
  • Latvian knowledge (preferably but not a must).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing outreach strategies tailored to the target audiences. This includes crafting personalized emails, making cold calls, and leveraging social media platforms to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Scheduling appointments or demos between qualified leads and Sales Representatives for more detailed discussions about the products or services.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and materials aligned with customer needs.
  • Utilizing market insights to refine outreach strategies and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Providing regular feedback to sales and product development teams on customer needs.
