Your Responsibilities in Jira Administration

Does your heart beat for Jira? Help us shape the mobility of the future by implementing and further developing Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira plug-ins, such as Advanced Roadmaps.
Is teamwork second nature to you? You will constantly engage with our teams to understand their requirements and develop solutions within Jira, utilizing Jira dashboards.
Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others? You will conduct user training and create training materials and documentation, while developing best practices and guidelines for effective Jira use.
Drive us forward by improving existing Jira processes and workflows to enhance our efficiency.

Your Responsibilities in LPM/PI Management

Do you love diverse tasks? In your role, you will plan and manage various portfolios of initiatives and projects, keeping track of portfolio metrics and maintaining our portfolio Kanban boards.
Is creativity your strength? Assist us in executing regular planning events, ensuring all necessary materials and information are available for meetings, and tracking progress after meetings.
Do you want to make a difference? You will actively participate in our agile software development processes, helping to push your team forward.

What You Bring

• A completed degree in business administration, computer science, project management, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience as a Jira Administrator (m/f/d) and in agile project management.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration and configuration.
• Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons, especially Scriptrunner and Automation for Jira.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and the integration of Jira with other tools.
• Fluent English and good German language skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a passion for agile teamwork.
