At Q-Park we are busy, and we are therefore looking for efficient parking attendants for the team in Copenhagen. You will get a job with lots of freedom under responsibility and will be covered by one of the leading salary packages within the parking area in Denmark.
The position is 36 hours per week on average, and you drive your own car - of course against reimbursement according to the state rates. The shifts are in an 8-week rotation and can be placed all days of the week between 9:00 and 18:30. You will have to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. During holiday periods and in case of illness, we would like you to be flexible and take a few extra shifts at short notice.
It is important that you are an experienced driver and have a good knowledge of Copenhagen, so that you can drive efficiently from one parking area to the next. You must enjoy being outdoors, as the work takes place in our open parking lots in all kinds of weather all year round. We of course provide a full summer and winter uniform, and in addition we provide a subsidy for the purchase of shoes and boots.
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have previous experience as a parking attendant. In all cases, we ensure that you are equipped for the job through e-learning and peer training. Our work tools, internal courses and education are digital, so it is important that you are used to using IT and a smartphone.
Job tasks
- Supervise the parking areas that Q-Park administers
- Issue parking fees, cf. posted rules
- Provide customer service including answering inquiries from drivers about parking rules
About you
- You can work independently and effectively to achieve the set goals
- You can remain calm and have a professional attitude in cases where drivers do not understand why they have been charged
- You are flexible, able to meet deadlines and work loyally for the company
- You speak and write Danish
- You have knowledge of IT and can use a smartphone
- You can present a valid driver's license for a passenger car (B) throughout your employment
- You are willing to provide your own car for compensation, see state rates

- Attractive collective agreement salary and employment terms:
172.85 kr. per hour
34.71 kr. in evening supplement for hours on weekdays after 6 pm
43.08 kr. in weekend allowance from Saturday at 2 pm and all Sunday
50% of the hourly wage in overtime allowance for the hours you work more than 160.33 per month
In addition to salary and allowance, you will receive 15.75% of the above salary components in addition to your salary as SH and special savings. This is paid together with your salary in June and December. You will also receive a company-paid pension of 10%, a company-paid health scheme through Pension Danmark, company-paid work clothes and an annual shoe allowance for the purchase of uniform shoes/boots
