To strengthen our Operations Off Street team, we are looking for a Customer Service Operations Manager for our headquarters in Zaventem.

The Role

As the Customer Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the Remote Operations department. This department consists of 3 teams that work closely together to provide our customers with the best experience:

  • The Operations Control team continuously monitors the status of parking facilities using camera footage and dashboards.
  • The Control Room team assists customers who encounter problems. With a simple push of a button, customers connect with a staff member who can help them.
  • The Customer Service team focuses on administrative tasks related to parking: questions about subscriptions, payments, reservations, events, etc., are addressed and resolved here.

Your goal as Customer Service Operations Manager is to lead this department as one team in terms of:

  • Daily operations
  • KPIs, reporting on various issues in the parking facilities, and making recommendations to improve operations
  • Analyzing data and making optimization proposals for systems, processes, and procedures based on that analysis
  • In your absence and during busy times, you will take over Customer Service tasks entirely or partially

Efficiency and standardization of operations are always central to ensure that customers consistently receive the best experience.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • People manager: You have 10 years of experience in a similar management role.
  • Strong communication skills: You communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external contacts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving: You identify problems and can connect the dots to determine the cause and propose the right solution.
  • Innovative: You are an expert in process optimization and can effectively allocate the necessary time and resources to achieve set goals.

Additionally, you possess a valid driver's license, speak fluent Dutch and French, and have a good command of English. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
