Vacancy HSEQ Advisor (Wormer/Groningen, NL)

Your role

As an HSEQ Advisor at PowerField and PowerGo, your work is visible within and outside the organization. Your role is a position of 32-40 hours per week. You are involved in the development, realization and management of sustainable energy projects in the field of solar parks, energy storage and the rollout of the charging network.

You work together with your colleagues from HSEQ Risk & Compliance to create a sustainable world. Within this team you have an important role in formulating policy, frameworks and guidelines in the field of our projects and organization. How do you ensure this? That's up to you. We trust the way in which you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. Your work varies from operational to strategic, from substantive advice to advice on policy, process and organization. The aim is to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace. Everything we do pays attention to people, the environment and the environment.

Your responsibilities are:

• Assessing new legislation and regulations and their relevance for our organization.
• Making policy proposals, especially in the areas of health, safety, environment and quality.
• Effective implementation of the policy within the organization.
• Carrying out, supervising or testing global and in-depth Occupational Health and Safety Risk Inventories and Evaluations (RI&Es).
• Providing information and training.

Your profile

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
• You have an affinity with sustainable energy and the energy transition.
• You have at least a HBO working and thinking level.
• You have successfully completed a recognized training course in HSEQ.
• You have experience in carrying out in-depth RI&Es.
• You have knowledge of the Working Conditions Act and regulations and of relevant standards in this area.
