What You'll Do:

• Prepare, plan, and execute test activities, including developing and documenting test cases and scenarios.
• Document test procedures and compile results, continuously improving established test processes.
• Define requirements for software tests and test automation within team projects.
• Develop test standards, tools, methods, and processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and assign tasks to external QA engineers, ensuring effective and efficient testing.
• Conduct exploratory manual tests and create automated load tests (K6), evaluating the results for performance improvements.

Who you are:

• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• Experience in test planning, design, development, and automation (e.g., Cypress).
• Knowledge of Linux and various tools such as Make, Subversion, Jenkins, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, data structures, and logical dependencies.
• Experience managing external QA engineers and excellent communication skills.
• A team player with a strong grasp of development tickets and the ability to derive necessary tests.
• Fluent in English; German is a big plus.
