Context:
Reporting to the Sales Director for France, you will play a key role in managing and developing strategic accounts for Orbility. Your main mission will be to increase our presence in the French market by maximizing opportunities with our major accounts both in France and internationally.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement Orbility's commercial policy in line with the strategy defined by management.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of major accounts within your geographic area in France.
  • Increase revenue with existing major accounts by anticipating and responding to their specific needs.
  • Initiate targeted prospecting actions to acquire new major accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Respond to public and private tenders, ensuring that proposals are tailored and competitive.
  • Prepare complex commercial offers (software, hardware, maintenance services) and conduct high-level negotiations.
  • Follow up with major account clients, analyze their needs, and propose innovative solutions while staying informed about product developments and market trends.
  • Analyze the market and monitor competition to adjust commercial strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and propose concrete action plans to achieve short- and medium-term objectives.

Your Assets for Success:

  • Implementation of specific business development strategies for major accounts, optimizing sales, pricing policy, and delivery conditions.
  • Development and presentation of customized commercial offers, with mastery of technical and financial aspects (cost estimation, quotes, technical specifications).
  • Ability to negotiate with high-level stakeholders and manage significant contracts.
  • Monitoring commercial performance and precise reporting to drive activity and adjust actions as needed.

Personal Qualities: Results-oriented, rigorous and methodical, active listening, ability to engage and motivate, stress management in demanding environments.
Skills: Development and management of major accounts, drafting commercial action plans, market and competition analysis, customer loyalty, and performance monitoring.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant field (Sales of complex solutions such as systems integration, new technologies, major account management, working in competitive environments, etc.).
Education: Business school, engineering school, or equivalent experience.
Languages: Minimum B1 level in English.
Compensation: Negotiable, with attractive variable part and commissions.
