Context :

Within our headquarters and under the responsibility of the France and Export After-Sales Service Department, the Regional Manager M/F will be essential in supervising operations in the Ile de France region, ensuring the development of technical and financial activity, as well as the satisfaction of external customers in their region.

Your missions will contribute to:

  • Supervise the agency staff, including traveling technicians (14 agents), the hotline/planning of curative interventions (3 agents) and preventive planning (1 agent).
  • Monitor operations to guarantee quality of service and compliance with commitments.
  • Be the main interface with customers in the region and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage installation projects and system updates.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of procedures and technical documentation.
  • Analyze performance and suggest improvements for the agency.
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with the agency’s CA and PNL.
  • Manage the administrative needs of the agency, including monitoring working hours and leave.
  • Develop the agency by identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions.

Your assets for success:

  • Training in a technical field (electronics, industrial computing, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management in a technical environment related to roaming and emergency intervention

Skills:

  • Management and organization
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Technical knowledge in electrical engineering, IT and complex systems
  • Good command of English is a plus
  • Good command of the office suite

Your adaptability and your sense of teamwork allow you to quickly integrate into a new team to manage, with very diverse profiles.

Type of contract: permanent contract, daily rate framework

Start: ASAP

Remuneration: to be negotiated according to profile
