Context:

Within our Marseille agency, part of the French Customer Service department, we are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Technician (M/F) to strengthen our team specialized in the installation and maintenance of our solutions in the region (between Salon-de-Provence and Hyères). Your missions will include the installation and maintenance of vehicle entry and exit terminals, banking payment systems, ticket scanning systems, as well as managing license plate recognition, configuring embedded software, network management, and remote support.

Under the supervision of our Regional Manager, you will benefit from the support of a team of 3 technicians on-site. In our company, the role of technicians is crucial; our goal is to support you in developing your expertise and autonomy in the field to ensure customer satisfaction while promoting your professional growth.

Your main activities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance visits and operational audits of parking terminals
  • Carry out corrective interventions on-site (in the fields of IT, electrotechnics, and mechanics)
  • Provide remote support (Hotline / Telemaintenance)
  • Perform modifications/repairs of installations
  • Conduct maintenance work in the workshop
  • Execute commissioning of new installations
  • Install software and upgrades at our clients' sites
  • Train our clients on how to use our tools
  • Perform administrative tasks related to your role: service certificates, reports, activity tracking software management, time management sheets, expense reports, etc.
  • Comply with safety regulations (driving, electricity, etc.)

Personal Attributes:

Dynamism, autonomy, teamwork and a positive interpersonal attitude.

Skills: 

IT, electrotechnics, light mechanics, and office automation, experience in after-sales service and its contractual prerequisites.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a relevant field.

Education:

Degree in electrotechnics, IT, or industrial computing.

Languages:

French (English reading skills would be a plus).

Starting from €2,100 per month.

Additional Benefits:
