Context:
Within our headquarters, reporting to the Group Sales Director, your role will be essential in overseeing the entire tender process, ensuring that proposals are submitted on time, accurately and in compliance with customer requirements.
Your main missions:
- Preparation of tender documents: Lead the preparation of complete tender documents, including executive summaries, technical proposals and commercial offers.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical experts and functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of specialized content.
- Proposal Submission: Submit proposal responses to various procurement platforms, ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.
- Q&A Preparation: Prepare and manage responses to questions to clarify proposal details and respond to customer requests.
- Standard Proposal Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard proposal templates and content.
- Bid Evaluation: Analyze bid results and identify areas for improvement for future proposals.
- Bid Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of bid strategies, taking into account customer needs, market trends, and company capabilities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B tender management roles.
- Skills: Solid understanding of the tender process and proposal writing techniques.
- Tender management tools: Proficiency in tender management tools and platforms.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently while integrating into a team.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Contract type: Permanent contract, available from 2025
Salary: to be negotiated
