Role:

An Office Administrator is in charge of all things administrative and is responsible for the overall operations of office. Office Administrators provide support to employees in the office and typically work with HR team to ensure the office operations work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and organize company events.
  • Knowledge of monitoring Housekeeping, stationery items, production material, etc.
  • Ensuring meeting Room Booking, Lunch arrangements townhalls or special events.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with all the necessary supplies and equipment, inventory, including stationary supplies.
  • Handling basic IT queries from Employees.
  • Handling Internet Issue, coordinating with Vendors.
  • Procurement and Contracts Finalization.
  • Ensure the Office area is tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Working with the accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
  • Cafeteria Management, Asset Management, facilities management and addressing complaints.
  • Managing and Supervising Housekeeping staff.

Competencies Required:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of IT and software installation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Should have coordinated with IT/ vendors.
  • Hands-on experience in networking and printer configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
