Marketing Automation & Campaign Manager (Berlin, DE)

Overview: The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is responsible for driving customer activation and retention. By utilizing marketing automation and CRM tools, this team creates lifecycle journeys that keep customers engaged with our service while introducing them to new features and products.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Registration to enablement conversion ratio
  • Enablement to first drive conversion ratio
  • Time to first rental
  • Maintaining customer eligibility (valid payment profile, valid driver’s license)
  • Long-term customer satisfaction (LTCS) rentals via seasonal promotions

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and implement automated customer lifecycle journeys, with a focus on new customers.
  • Manage and oversee CLM campaigns, including content creation, journey mapping, automation, and personalization.
  • Develop and guide the omnichannel strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment with the customer lifecycle.
  • Plan and coordinate test campaigns, including A/B testing of copy, target groups, concepts, and creatives.
  • Create a reporting system that tracks the impact of CLM initiatives on overall customer engagement and activity.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in building and optimizing CRM programs, with measurable impact.
  • 2-5 years of experience designing omnichannel customer lifecycle programs.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with comfort working in an English-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience working with brands serving customers across multiple countries and languages; agency experience is a plus.
  • HTML coding experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for customer service—excited about brand communication and constantly looking for ways to enhance our customer engagement approach.
