About Us:

At Free2move, we are on a mission to transform the mobility market, and we’re looking for a talented Madrid-based CRM Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our activation and retention strategies by creating targeted and personalized campaigns for customers across Europe and the US.

As a CRM Intern, you will assist in shaping our B2C CRM efforts, supporting the strategy, communication flow, execution, and reporting of campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create automated and ad-hoc multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push, InApp) in collaboration with Design and Marketing teams across different countries.
  • Assist in executing CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer activation, retaining existing customers, boosting brand loyalty, and expanding brand love.
  • Support the creation and analysis of customer segments and cohorts to target campaigns effectively.
  • Analyze campaign results, share key insights, and provide recommendations for future campaign improvements.
  • Coordinate campaign requests from concept briefing to launch, ensuring timely execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
  • Provide support for the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams such as Sales, Design, and Customer Service.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in either Spanish, French, or German.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong interest in reporting, automation tools, and campaign optimization.
  • Interest or experience in the mobility or automotive industry, with a passion for digital marketing and best practices.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and self-motivated, with a dynamic and tenacious personality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, and able to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Suite is required.
