As Chief People Officer, you will be a strategic player in the transformation and development of Free2move.

Reporting directly to the General Management, your mission will be to define and implement an ambitious HR policy, in line with the company's growth and innovation objectives.

Your main responsibilities πŸ’Ό

βœ… Definition and implementation of the HR strategy

  • Design and deploy the HR strategy in conjunction with General Management to support the growth of Free2move.
  • Develop and validate HR policies: recruitment, training, talent development, payroll management, and remuneration policy.
  • Manage and optimize payroll management.
  • Implement HR performance indicators and ensure regular reporting to Senior Management.

βœ… Social relations and management of representative bodies

  • To be the preferred contact for social partners in France and Germany (unions, CSE, Works Council, staff representatives, etc.).
  • Ensure constructive social dialogue and anticipate regulatory developments impacting the company.
  • Ensure the application of the legal framework in terms of labor law and ensure legal and social monitoring.

βœ… Talent development and employee management

  • Support HRBPs in their missions with managers in the management and development of their teams.
  • Oversee personnel administration nationally and internationally (contracts, payroll, training, mobility, onboarding/offboarding, etc.).
  • Deploy innovative projects in employer branding and continuing education.
  • Ensure the implementation of programs promoting talent engagement and retention.

βœ… Management and support of HR teams

  • Manage an HR team composed of 3 HRBPs, 1 Talent Acquisition and a team of 6 People Ops (5 direct reports).
  • Structure and develop HR processes to support Free2move's international growth.
  • Lead cross-functional and strategic HR projects, in line with market developments and employee expectations.

  • Proven experience (+10 years) as HR Director or International HR Director in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
  • Solid understanding of international HR issues, particularly in France and Germany.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of contacts (Management, social partners, employees, etc.).
  • Proven leadership, strategic mindset and ability to support change.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR practices in an international environment.
  • Fluent French and English are essential, German would be a plus.
