As part of its growth, Free2Move Tunisia is looking for a Team Lead Level 2 to strengthen its teams.

Your missions:

Manage the team of Level 2 Customer Care Agents
Supervise the work of the team present on the shift (on site, teleworking, etc.)
Workflow, backlog and daily planning management
Analysis of escalations and processing carried out by the team
Monitoring of N2 team performance indicators
Perform 1&1 performance reviews
Assisted production and coaching
Conflict management
Specific missions
Respond to all tasks/requests related to your responsibilities

You demonstrate leadership, inspire confidence and lead by example.
You demonstrate great ease in written and oral communication in French and English.
You apply the know-how of the operations manager and help employees progress
You know how to simplify and prioritize
You show kindness towards your colleagues
You adhere to the mindset "there are no problems, only solutions" and apply it in your daily life
You are comfortable with computer tools
You are autonomous
Experience as a MANAGER or PROJECT MANAGER in a call center for more than 3 years is mandatory
