Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid / Łódź, Warsaw, PL)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team where you will play a crucial role for the migration to the global platform and the global product rollout. EasyPark is a rapidly growing tech company on a mission to make cities more livable, creating a sustainable future through innovative solutions within smart mobility.

The Role - what you'll be doing:

• Analyze data, identify trends, and develop reports to support business decisions related to product business continuity.
• You will drive B2C to B2B dependencies across teams, involving streamlining value propositions to increase growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the head of product for B2B and other stakeholders to identify and address challenges, and optimize processes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and product development.
• Contribute to the migration of to the global platform and support the global product rollout.
• Your analytical insights will drive data-informed decision-making and contribute to the success of EasyPark's mission.

Is this you?

• You have a proven track record of success as a business analyst, preferably with a background in management consulting or project focused work.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• You are a highly collaborative individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

This will report to the EasyPark Łódź office in Poland and will be a 6 month contract for starters. While we understand that a six-month contract may not be ideal for everyone, we are open to discussing possibilities for extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
