Your Role:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in creating conditions for our sales function to perform at their best.This role offers a great opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in the success of our sales function by providing crucial support and insights. This role will also enable you to expand your skills in optimizing processes and improving customer experiences within a fast-paced B2B environment.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Continuous support of the local sales team for success in the daily operations by
  • optimizing ways of working.
  • Developing and engaging in our current partnerships to ensure the best active user customer experience, for example, leasing.
  • Actively work with the onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and winback.
  • Providing continuous feedback and ideas for development of our billing capabilities to support the B2B function as a whole.
  • Help bring the user experience to the next level from a sales operations point of view by working closely with the B2B team.
  • Collaborate closely with local customer care and sales teams to ensure effective strategy implementation and best practice sharing.

Your background:

  • Knowledgeable in sales processes, pipeline management, and sales tools.

This role can be based in our offices in Oslo or Copenhagen.
