You will play a key role in advancing EasyPark’s data capabilities, ensuring that data insights are effectively integrated into decision-making processes across the organization

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive data science projects through the entire data science lifecycle, from understanding the business problem to deploying models in production environments.
  • Collaborate within the Analytics function to drive insights and ensure data-informed decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to assess their needs, offer tailored data solutions, and ensure that analytics aligns with business goals.
  • Mentor and educate non-data professionals, fostering a culture of data literacy and helping to build analytical capabilities across the organization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science to continually improve and innovate within the team.
  • Ensure scalability and robustness of models.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of experience working as a data scientist.
  • Proven track record of driving projects with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with Python and relevant data science libraries.
  • Proficiency in working with databases and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into data to uncover insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • English is our business language, so you should be comfortable speaking and writing in English at a professional level.
