Customer Care Representative- Italian & Slovenian (Stockholm, SE)

The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. Together, you are responsible for giving customers a professional service with high availability and flexibility. You will work towards both the Slovenian and the Italian market, primarily with consumers but also with corporate customers.

Your working hours are Mon-Fri 8-17. You will be working from the office at the beginning with some flexibility after the onboarding period.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Supporting EasyPark's B2C and B2B customers through all channels (phone, e-mail, and social media).
  • Actively work with the onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and winback.
  • Managing administrative tasks including documentation, translations, data maintenance and various projects to support development of the EasyPark service.

Your background

  • Have previously demonstrated excellent service and to help customers.
  • Are motivated by working towards goals together with your colleagues.
  • Native fluency in Slovenian and Italian languages and good understanding of English language.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
