We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Head of B2B to drive growth and lead our B2B team in Spain. About the role:

As Head of B2B, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment. With the backing of a well-established international business, you will implement sales strategies, develop your team, and drive business growth. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and sales excellence.

You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Take ownership of budget planning and goal setting, ensuring the team meets its sales and growth targets.
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion in Spain.
  • Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and performance.
  • Work closely with the international sales team in Europe and other functions within EasyPark.
  • Represent the Spanish market within the international business, collaborating with global teams to share best practices and achieve success.

Your profile:

  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth and exceeding business goals.
  • Experience leading teams, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide your team to success.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and a humble attitude.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Passion for working in a global environment, eager to contribute to a dynamic and international workplace.
