EasyPark Group is expanding its innovative SaaS solutions for businesses in Slovenia and is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial B2B Sales Manager to lead this expansion. About the role:
As our B2B Sales Manager in Slovenia, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from identifying and qualifying potential customers to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships. You will be a sales pioneer, establishing the EasyPark brand and building a strong customer base. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence our success in Slovenia. In the later stages, once we demonstrate the market’s potential, your role will include hiring, expanding, and leading a team of ambitious sales professionals.
The position is hybrid, combining office work in Ljubljana with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively selling, negotiating, and presenting EasyPark B2B solutions to acquire new customers.
- Managing a small portfolio of existing customers with a focus on service upgrades, upselling, and customer support.
- Building strong relationships with customers and prospects, driving sales, and increasing brand awareness.
- Developing and executing a targeted sales strategy, consistently achieving sales and activity KPIs.
- Ensuring accurate data management in our CRM system.
- Managing the commercial aspects of sales deals and securing successful outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Proven success in SaaS sales or fleet management (at least 1-2 years).
- Strong desire to exceed targets and achieve results.
- Leadership experience or exposure to leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales, particularly in complex services (e.g., SaaS), with a proven ability to build strong relationships with business clients.
- Experience and strong knowledge of cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Experience in technical support and project management (e.g., using tools like Jira).
- Strong business intuition and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (Italian is a plus).
- A category B driver’s license and own transportation.
