Job Summary:

The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of DNA Payments by building and managing a team of strategic partnership managers to deliver core strategic partnerships across DNA’s target market sectors. This individual will be responsible for personally identifying and supporting the team to deliver new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring that our partners are fully aligned with our commercial objectives.

Job Description:

  • Managing a Team of Partnership Managers: Develop and grow the DNA Corporate Partner Team to ensure the team can deliver ongoing value through new and eixistant core strategic partnerships that are in line with DNA’s Commercial Strategy.
  • Initiating and Developing Commercial Relationships: Develop and manage commercial relationships with key strategic partners in alignment with the Corporate Commercial Plan. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that partnerships deliver mutual value.
  • Driving Partner Recommendations and Referrals: Lead initiatives to drive partner recommendations and referrals, resulting in new business wins. Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success.
  • Promoting DNA’s Solutions at Partner Events: Represent DNA Payments at partner events, including conferences, workshops, and networking events, to promote our solutions and strengthen our brand presence in the market.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with DNA’s sales, marketing, SDRs, and account management teams to drive collective success with partnership opportunities. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of developing and sustaining strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
