Technical Support Engineer (Bellusco, IT)

Main tasks
- Project / activity management
- Configuration and activation of parking systems
- Manage customer requests
- Maintenance of the system, functional control
- Technical support to the sales team and customers on products and sales solutions
- Supervision of the works of third party suppliers and contractors
- Training for customers/operators
Profile
- Experience in implementations/Installation of complex systems: Video surveillance, access controls, Networks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Win 10 / Server 2016 and up) SQL database experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Analysis and communication skills
- Orientation to results and client satisfaction
