What do you do as a Partner & Account Manager at CCV?

Our international division, CCV Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), focuses on small and medium-sized businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands with a standardized portfolio of payment solutions. The Partner & Account Management department is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new partners and clients of CCV SME.

As a Partner & Account Manager, you play a crucial role in strengthening our strategic partnerships with external parties, such as cash register system producers, professional federations, software developers, and financial institutions. With your knowledge and experience, you can advise our current and new partners on how to achieve their goals by optimally utilizing our end-to-end payment solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a joint growth strategy that combines each other's strengths and translates them into concrete commercial results.
  • Anchor CCV as the strategic partner for payment solutions while balancing the interests of our partners and CCV.
  • Represent the interests of partners within our organization, while keeping CCV’s interests in mind.
  • Become the expert in electronic and online payment solutions by detecting new trends, needs, and competitive movements and proactively responding to them.
  • Operate within the Dutch market and the broader Benelux market, focusing on Dutch clients and occasional visits to Belgium to promote collaboration with colleagues.

Your Profile

You have ample experience in building and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment. You come up with proposals and initiatives to improve collaboration, both internally and externally. Your communication skills are exceptionally strong, making you not only an interesting partner for these relationships but also a valuable resource for your colleagues by providing them with the right information and involving them appropriately.

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in an economic field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic sales within a B2B environment (e.g., Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager)
  • Skills to build and maintain a solid network of contacts
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
  • Proficient in Dutch and English
  • Experience in the payments industry is a plus
