What do you do as Application Manager Dynamics CRM at CCV?

As Application Manager Dynamics CRM, you are part of an open and informal team of application managers (in the field of SAP and CRM) within the corporate ICT department. The focus is on managing our CRM system, where you pick up incidents and resolve malfunctions that colleagues report. You ensure that the system (cloud and on premise) runs smoothly and performs better every day. You are the point of contact who works with great passion with all kinds of stakeholders (internal - external) and continuously looks for where the need lies in order to then translate this into practical system solutions and optimizations. We expect you to think along about adjustments and improvements yourself. The position is technically challenging, because the CRM system does not stand alone, but is interwoven within a broad complex IT landscape with links to our other (back office) systems.

In addition to daily management, you will be deployed in scrum teams focused on realizing improvement, renewal and innovation. This includes automating processes and realizing an optimal end-to-end “digital” customer experience. You manage functional acceptance tests and user acceptance tests and, where appropriate, also perform them yourself. If you like, you can demonstrate new functionalities to your colleagues and provide support in user training to increase adoption of the system within CCV. We ensure that you stay up-to-date in your field by sharing knowledge with expert colleagues and by giving you the space to learn and experiment. In turn, you contribute to the further development of a future-proof application landscape.

Your profile

You are an inquisitive professional who knows how to tackle things, who can think outside the box and thus make a difference. You are customer-oriented and have a strong personality. You work in a structured, accurate and process-oriented manner. Project-based work is not strange to you and you can work well together in multidisciplinary (project) teams. Enterprising, responsible, proactive and independent are characteristics that describe you. In addition, you are proactive and a real team player. What you bring:

  • HBO work and thinking level
  • At least 3 years of work experience as an Application Manager CRM or comparable experience
  • Knowledge of web services and plugins (C# and Javascript) is a plus
  • Experience with drawing up designs, configuring CRM and creating documentation
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language
  • Knowledge of ASL, ITIL and/or SAP is a plus
