Senior Marketing Manager (Budapest, HU)

Asura Technologies Ltd., based in Budapest and founded in 2017, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. Our company designs, develops, and installs AI-based parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems worldwide, incorporating our proprietary video analytics and license plate recognition software.

Asura operates globally, with a significant market presence in the United States and numerous projects in Europe and Asia through our strategic partners. In short, working with us means setting trends abroad while contributing to the growth of cutting-edge technology at home. Over the past 7 years, our core team has grown to 100+, and we have a US site with 50 employees.

• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
• Develop the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with the business strategy and oversee its day-to-day implementation
• Coordinate the activity of the marketing team members, and arrange for the necessary competencies according to the nature and volume of the daily tasks
• Liaise with other departments
• Find subcontractors/agencies for outsourced work, liaise with key players, provide supervision
• Monitor and develop the competencies of the team

• Proven experience as a senior marketing professional (min. 5+ years of experience, experience in marketing of IT services is an advantage)
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (event, PR, social media, PPC, etc.)
• Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
• Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
