For our MOBILITY division, we are looking for a project manager who is interested in working with us to design modern mobility solutions: parking garages that do more than just provide parking and that, with clever design, generate added value for users and developers.

Your tasks

  • Planning: Together with our sales team, you will develop tailor-made mobility solutions – from the initial concept to the final solution.
  • Offers: You prepare initial cost estimates, calculate and prepare offers.
  • You will support the customer throughout the entire project.
  • You act confidently during contract negotiations.
  • As project manager, you manage your project until turnkey handover.

Your profile

  • You love new challenges and enjoy working in an international team.
  • You want to cover the entire spectrum of project management in your work.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or architecture and have already gained initial experience in construction and project management.
  • You know the essential basics of construction and contract law.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
  • You are willing to travel nationwide to attend customer meetings and support your ongoing projects.
  • You speak German with customers and partners at a native speaker level and master internal company communication in English.
