Customer service representative for parking space management

You will:

  • Be the direct contact person for customers via the intercom
  • Look after our customers in a parking facility
  • Manage and issue parking tickets (code cards, long-term parking cards and season tickets)
  • Accept parking fees and process discounts
  • Manage and process lost tickets
  • Continually optimize processes in the administrative area
  • Process service tickets from first level support
  • Direct vehicles and monitor the parking space on site with video and system technology
  • Fill machines with tickets, monitor them, maintain them and fix minor faults in the parking facility
  • Corral service areas and check the security of the entire parking facility
  • Carry out minor repairs (e.g. B. Lighting)
  • Take on general cleaning work
  • Carry out the valet parking service if this is offered at the location

You have:

  • A real service mentality, you act as a first-class service provider and have a high potential for conflict resolution
  • Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is desirable
  • General PC knowledge, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A result-oriented and independent way of working
  • Integrity and reliability
  • Ability to work in a team
