On site, you not only provide information about our products and solutions for parking space management, but also market innovative technical solutions such as license plate recognition and all of our services that are part of the APCOA portfolio. This means you are responsible for your sales area. You plan and organize your daily work independently.

The focus of the sales strategy is to equip customer parking spaces (e.g. from the retail, hotel, restaurant, sports and leisure facilities, property management sectors) with our intelligent digital solutions. This not only allows the owner to manage the use of the parking spaces, but also receives added value, such as information on frequency data or the option of easy rental to residents outside of business hours.

Account Manager full-time

You will:

  • acquire new locations for parking space management in a targeted manner
  • contribute to calculations with detailed market, portfolio and location analyses
  • independently support new business partners from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract
  • intensively monitor the regional market and competition to identify new locations
  • build resilient networks and maintain contact with customers and decision-makers in the sales area

You have:

  • a real sales personality with recognizable negotiating skills and experience in service or solution sales
  • a passion for sales success in your region, and always go the extra mile
  • self-discipline and you are used to independently expanding your sales area through acquisition
  • good communication skills and you can negotiate at all levels in a targeted and close-selling manner
  • ideally a completed commercial training
  • very good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • a class 3/B driving license and fluent German and Knowledge of English
