ROLE SUMMARY
The role of Head of Ground Transportation Operations, Business Development and Revenue Management isresponsible to provide strategic direction and management oversight to the Car Parking and Ground Transportation team. This role is responsible for managing the landside ground transportation commercial operations, leading business development and revenue management for the associated service/product categories. Additionally, it involves the development of new product and service lines, monitoring and controlling costs and commercial revenues to maximise Airport’s EBITDA.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in parking management, transportation operations, or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue and commercial management
- Proven experience in managing large teams and commercial contracts
- Experience in revenue management and price development.
