Westfalia Parking-Systems GmbH & Co. KG was founded in February 2001 and is part of the medium-sized Westfalia group of companies. Majority shareholder is the Westfalia Holding GmbH & Co. KG, located in Borgholzhausen, Westphalia, Germany.
Westfalia made the decision to continue using Krups Parking System parking engineering, and to this end has purchased all patents, developments and constructions for this technology. The majority of the existing staff were also integrated into the new company.
The Westfalia group has been developing and implementing innovative fully automated logistics systems for more than 30 years, especially in the warehouse logistics sector.
Branch offices have been set up in Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Great Britain and the USA.
