Quickpay announced the acquisition of Nautical Technologies, the Parking, Transit and Tolling Technology Division of ANAI Global, and changes its name to LocoMobi, Inc.
Nautical Technologies was the first company to provide a cloud-based LPR system including a revenue control system and management system for permitting, violation and citation. More of their parking management solutions include ANPR, Cloud Technology, Mobile Apps and Equipment.
Quickpay Corp., co-founded by Ford Motor Company Executive Chairman Bill Ford in 2010, offers the QuickPay Mobile parking platform in order to create a hassle-free experience for motorists in terms of finding, accessing and paying for parking.
LocoMobi, Inc., the new name of the combined companies, reflects the vision of providing innovative solutions for parking, tolling and transit worldwide. The focus of the new company is to expand their smart parking deployments across the US and Canada.
