Over the years there have been various organizations set up within the parking industry to cater for a variety of niches.
We have seen the impact of organizations such as Women in Parking; dedicated to promoting the advancement and achievement of professional women by providing networking, leadership, and career outreach opportunities and support to its members. Such organizations offer a pathway for various demographics to join the booming parking industry, which is constantly evolving and expanding.
Veterans in Parking (ViP) is a Not for Profile Organization set up by Parking Professionals. The idea behind ViP is to help recruit, hire and place Military Veterans into careers within the parking industry. We were able to speak to Todd Tucker who sits on the Board of Directors to learn more about ViP.
