The year is almost behind us and as it comes to a close, we are reflecting on the past year before we embark on a new journey.
In January, we looked at which trends may come to the forefront over 2019. With a little help from some of our colleagues in the parking industry, predictions included; personalized services, increased web-based parking solutions, connected services and integrations, fast-charging services in the EV sector and emerging smart cities. Many of these predictions have come to fruition over the past year and we are certain that 2020 will pave the way for even more exciting developments in the industry.
For us at Parking Network there have been some milestones this year. We have welcomed on-board several new members this year spanning every sector of the parking industry from distribution, car sharing, payment solutions and online booking platforms. We have seen some of our members strategically aligning services within their groups to ensure a clear and easy customer experience, inclusive of both B2B and B2C services.
Events
We celebrated in style in London during APNE 2019 with our biggest event to date. Our events continue to bring together parking industry experts and key decision makers within the industry. For 2020 we will continue to drive our unique concept with even bigger and better events.
Office Move
The most recent development is that we are officially now based in a brand-new office! Maastricht has always been the heart of our operation and now we are even more central than before. We can now be found at Petrus Regoutplein 1-C02, 6211 XX Maastricht, the Netherlands. Our offices still require a little TLC at this moment, but by the time 2020 kicks in we will be ready to conquer any challenges the New Year may bring!
