Antwerp Airport in Belgium has found a partner for the exploitation and expansion of their passenger parking lot. In total there are more than 600 extra parking spaces created.
At the end of June 2015, Antwerp Airport introduced paid parking at the airport. The free parking, kiss-and-ride at the entrance of the airport building, will be enforced with license plate recognition technology.
At the entrances and exits of the parking garages you can now find touch screens, where the passenger can type in their reservation code. Off course, there is also license plate recognition on entree and exit. IP Parking will (soon) realize a complete integration of a parking webshop and the parking system.
