The event will take place from November 24-26, 2024. The name of the venue and location is:

2. Eligibility

All registrations are subject to review. Parking Network reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations if they do not meet eligibility criteria. 

• Registration via our event site (https://apne.parkingevent.com/) as an attendee is exclusive to airport parking representatives; 

• Solution and service providers are not permitted to register as attendees. If a registration is determined to be ineligible, it will be canceled without any liability on the part of Parking Network for any associated costs incurred by the registrant.

3. Hotel Accommodations

The registration fee includes accommodation for two nights at the host venue, covering Sunday, November 24, and Monday, November 25, with breakfast provided each morning. 

For those requiring additional nights, please contact us at events@parking.net or specify your request in the remarks section during registration. Additional nights will be arranged through Parking Network and invoiced accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required within 14 days of registration. Payments must be completed before the start of the event, otherwise, access may be denied. Late or partial payments may incur additional administration and statutory interest costs. 

The preferred method of payment is bank transfer. While we also accept credit card payments, please note that they will incur a surcharge of 5% due to external processing fees.

5. VAT Regulations

Non-EU participants must provide their VAT number or a statement from tax authorities. Failure to do so will result in the inclusion of VAT in all invoices.

6. Refunds/Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by October 14, 2024. A full refund, minus a €100 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations made by this date. No refunds for cancellations after this date or for no-shows.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All sensitive information provided during registration, including personal and organizational details, will be kept strictly confidential. Parking Network ensures that this information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Your data will be used solely for event-related purposes and will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Substitution Policy

Substitutions are permitted before the event. The requesting party takes the responsibility of providing all up-to-date information to Parking Network and handling all associated financial obligations. 

Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are prohibited.

9. Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Attendance at APNE 2024 constitutes consent to the use of the attendee's image and voice in any media, for promotional purposes by APNE and its affiliates.

10. Workshops and Networking Tables for Exhibitors

Please be advised that registration as an exhibitor for this event does not guarantee a specific time slot for any workshops. Workshop scheduling is subject to availability and may change based on the event's logistical needs.

Additionally, the placement and allocation of networking tables will be arranged at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Registration does not guarantee a specific networking table or its position within the venue. All table assignments are subject to change and will be determined by the organizers based on space availability and logistical considerations.
