Description
The sales and business developer France is responsible, in France and certain neighboring countries, and in certain market segments, for identifying and recruiting potential customers, then managing relations with these customers in order to maximize the revenue that the company generates from these customers.
The commercial and business developer France:
- Performs prospecting activities consisting of identifying potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, referrals and leads generated through marketing activities.
- To do this, he develops an in-depth understanding of the products or services sold.
- It delivers compelling product or service presentations to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
- He negotiates terms and prices to conclude sales agreements.
- Once prospects are converted into customers, he builds and maintains strong relationships with them by providing excellent service and meeting customer needs.
- He defines sales objectives with the Sales Director which he strives to achieve or exceed.
- They constantly maintain a detailed knowledge of the market, its trends and its players by studying the competition, by obtaining information from the specialist press, by participating in trade fairs, and by spending as much time as possible with the various players in the market.
- They ensure quantitative and qualitative monitoring of their sales, and keep up-to-date information on customers and sales activities through progress reports shared with the rest of the company. They provide monthly reporting of their activities during the sales meeting.
- It ensures real-time feeding of Marketing tools allowing good traceability of leads and measurement of returns on investment of marketing actions linked to its market.
- He works closely with other members of the sales team and collaborates with marketing, customer service and other departments as needed.

Profile sought
- With a technical or commercial bac+2/3 qualification, with or without prior experience, the candidate must have perfect command of written and spoken French.
- A good command of a second language (English) is also required.
- You are independent, curious, and have initiative.
The position, a permanent contract, is available immediately. It is based in Nanterre and may require short-term travel abroad.
